Two young men and two young women get out of their tents and pack up for a day of adventure.
Walking down a trail the four pass a river before reaching and then exploring the Glacier House ruins. Continuing down the trail and through woods, the four reach a lake where they take some photos.
Continuing to climb, the four stop for a quick snack on a rock overlooking the Illecillewaet valley. After hiking some more, they stop to make dinner.
Reaching the top of Abbot Ridge, the four sit perched on a rock looking out over the valley.
The video ends with a time lapse of the sun disappearing behind a ridge line.

The video starts with a time lapse of the Rogers Pass Discovery Centre.
A couple and their daughter approach the front desk. After speaking with the attendant they head into the centre. The mother and daughter enjoy colouring pages as the father explores the centre.
Outside, the three explore the summit of Rogers Pass, including watching a ground squirrel. Down on a sandy riverbank the three enjoy a picnic before heading to the Rockgarden trail.
After exploring the Rockgarden with its stone carvings the three take a stroller through the Hemlock Grove Boardwalk. The man takes a mountain bike for a spin.
Meeting up once again the three walk up a trail to the base of a waterfall.
The video ends with a time lapse of the sun disappearing behind a ridge line.
