RESTRICTED ACTIVITY: ALL POWER-ASSISTED TRAIL BICYCLING

WHAT: Pursuant to Section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, of the Canada National Parks Act, the following activity is restricted or prohibited by order of the Superintendent:
ALL POWER-ASSISTED TRAIL BICYCLING,
Except on the Legacy Trail as described below.
Legacy Trail: Paved trail that parallels the Trans Canada Highway from Banff East Gate, through Banff Townsite, to the east end of the Bow Valley Parkway.
PENALTY: Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act: maximum penalty
$25 000.
Start date: 2018-06-11
End date: Until further notice
