Waskesiu River Trail

Prince Albert National Park

Listen to the gentle sounds of the Waskesiu River and watch its meandering journey across the forest while you explore the trail.

The boardwalk travels along the river through a black spruce forest. After 0.5 km of boardwalk, a bridge crosses the water. Can you spot a fish downstream or a Bald Eagle on a quest for a meal? At this point, you can turn around or continue the trail as it loops across the soft slopes of the river valley.
