Build part of each visit to Prince Albert National Park around a guided interpretive event or take advantage of the self-guided trails or Nature Centre.

These programs help make sense of the creatures and multitude of ecological relationships which make up the beautiful and fragile northern forests and lakes.

Waskesiu River: Walk on the Wild Side

Pelican Plunge
2:00 pm at the Main Beach
Learn more about the bodies and behaviour of pelicans, as well as how Parks Canada keeps track of these huge birds.

Wolves of Waskesiu (July)

Discover the ways of the wolf and its pack through stories and songs.

Wolf Howl (August)
7:00 pm at the Tipi
Bring your vehicle in August and follow a guide into the park to howl with the wolves.

Boundary Bog: Walk on the Wild Side
