A mix of developed waterfront and wild shorelines makes Waskesiu Lake a centre of activity in Prince Albert National Park. The main, 600-metre-long beach in the town of Waskesiu is complemented by five other road- and water-accessible beaches scattered around the lake. Spread a blanket in the sand, take a dip in the buoyed swimming areas or enjoy a picnic lunch.

A motorboat is parked on the beach and there are many people enjoying various beach activities on the Waskesiu main beach.

These beaches also make a great home base for on-the-water activities. Fuel up your powerboat (or rent one in the park’s marina) for a day of fishing, water-skiing, wakeboarding and other motorized fun. Or have a paddle-powered adventure in a canoe, kayak or on a stand-up paddleboard.
