Would you like to learn more about the different wildlife species found in La Mauricie National Park? Do you have questions about prescribed burns or conservation projects? Watch for our naturalists and their kiosks at the Shewenegan or Lac-Édouard picnic grounds.

Are you staying alone or with your family at one of the three campgrounds? Our naturalists stop by at certain times, especially in the morning when the weather is good, to share their passion for the park's flora and fauna. If you are curious about nature and would like a naturalist to visit your site, feel free to approach them; it's a great way to enrich your stay!
On the trails
While hiking, on a nice day, you might encounter a species known for its great knowledge: the naturalist! These park enthusiasts will be hiking on some of the popular trails, including Lac-Gabet and Mekinac, to engage in their favourite activity: sharing their knowledge of wildlife, flora and resource conservation.
