As usual, La Mauricie National Park is the perfect place to celebrate Canada Day. Just imagine the party we’ll have this year as we celebrate the park’s 50th anniversary.
Making nature your playground, living library or even your sanctuary are all ways to celebrate and be inspired. Whether you want to move, learn or simply reflect, the special July 1 programming will allow everyone to celebrate in their own way.
All of the day’s activities will take place at the Shewenegan Picnic Area.
Inhale, exhale… Let the wind, rustling tree leaves and bird songs calm you… and stretch.
PS: This activity is open to all, not just yoga enthusiasts.
Schedule: 10 am
