An alcohol and cannabis ban is in effect this holiday weekend in Bruce Peninsula National Park and Fathom Five National Marine Park from August 1st to August 6th, 2019. 

If you’re thinking about visiting the park on this holiday weekend, please note this is one of the busiest weekends of the year. 

Reservations for Grotto parking will be full, and there is no other Grotto access. All parking lots in the park will fill up early each morning. 
All campsites in the national park are fully booked.

If you are planning to visit Flowerpot Island, make sure you have booked with a tourboat company before coming.   

Heading up to the national park on a holiday weekend is likely to end in disappointment and line-ups, unless you already have a booking. 
Plan your adventure in advance and come join us later this fall.

High Water Alerts:   

  1. Due to high lake levels, there is no beach at Singing Sands. Please stay out of the fenced areas which protect the fragile dunes and plants. Also, the Wild Garden Trail is closed due to flooding. 
  2. The Burnt Point Loop trail at the Parks Canada Visitor Centre is partially closed due to flooding.
