In 2017, Riding Mountain was the first national park to organize its own Pride celebrations. Parks Canada places belong to all Canadians, including members of the LGBT2SQ+ community. We recognize diversity and welcome all Canadians and visitors from around the world to discover our park.

What happens when Riding Mountain National Park teams up with Deadox Trailblazers? They create one awesome event. Riding Mountain presents East Gate Heritage Day featuring East Gate Unchained. Let's celebrate this one-of-a-kind National Historic Site with bike decorating, an interpretive hike, a costumed photo booth, food, music, and a race down a historic highway.
