WHAT:  Pursuant to Section 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, of the Canada National Parks Act, the following area is closed to all traffic and travel by order of the Superintendent

WHERE: Areas on the North and East sides of Mt Stephen from above the CPR railway tracks to the summit, and the basin to the SE of Mt Stephen. See map for details.

WHY: To ensure visitor safety during construction work near the summit of Mt Stephen.
