The video starts with a time lapse of a field of flowers. [Title: Mount Revelstoke National Park]

Two young adults start their hike at the Eva and Jade Lake trail sign. Walking past trees, fields of flowers, and even a small cascade.

One of the two men stops to soak his head in the cold stream. After arriving at Eva Lake, one man takes a selfie while the other jumps into the lake.

Fly fishing is followed by a lunch on the shore before the two continue their hike. As the trail takes them higher up the mountain the trail becomes more rocky.

Passing a few patches of the snow the two arrive at their destination. A beautiful viewpoint looking down on Jade Lake.

The video finishes with a time lapse from the same viewpoint.

Video starts with a white van driving through the park gate. [Title: Mount Revelstoke National Park]

After the car drives up the Meadow in the Sky Parkway, the family of four walk along a wide gravel path. Passing a small lake they stop to smell some of the many flowers.

The father takes a photo of his two daughters before the family continues hiking. The couple takes a moment to enjoy the view.

Finding some snow, the two girls have a snowball fight. Heading to the summit, the family speaks with a park interpreter.

After a picnic, the mother and one daughter explore the park with geocaching. The father and the other daughter ride their bikes instead. As the family comes back together, they explore the Giant Cedars boardwalk.

The video ends with a time lapse of Jade Lake.
