WHAT: Pursuant to Section 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, of the Canada National Parks Act, the following area is closed to all public traffic and travel by order of the Superintendent, Gulf Islands National Park Reserve.

WHY: To reduce the risk to visitor safety due to hazard trees

Contravention of this order may result in fines or prosecution pursuant to the Canada National Parks Act.
