Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts
2020 reservations
  • Rental venues are reopening on July 10, 2020 for groups with existing reservations only. Some modifications to existing reservations may be allowed (contact us for more details)
  • Groups with existing reservations must follow Alberta’s provincial restrictions on gatherings in addition to the venue guidelines
  • No new reservations for 2020 are accepted at this time
  • For cancellation of 2020 events, please email
    • Full refunds will be issued even if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your event
    • Refunds may take several weeks to be processed
2021 reservations

Reservations for 2021 are opening on September 30, 2020, by email only

  • Please send your requested location, date & time on or after September 30, 2020 to:
  • Requests will be treated in the order that they are received
  • Requests sent prior to September 30, 2020 will not be considered

Jasper National Park made several upgrades and renovations to two of our main event venue locations to improve our facilities and positively impact our visitor’s experience. With these new upgrades Parks Canada will be administering fees for the following facilities: Athabasca Day Use and Pyramid Island. For more information regarding the location, parking, amenities, group size and fees for each of these beautiful and unique venues, please visit the links below.


Athabasca Day Use

Situated off of Highway 16 and tucked along the stunning Athabasca River, the newly upgraded Athabasca Day Use area is the perfect venue for: wedding ceremonies and receptions, company gatherings as well as family reunions and barbeques.


Pyramid Island

If you are looking for a serene and majestic area for a wedding ceremony, Pyramid Island is the perfect place. The venue is a short 200 m walk from the parking lot to the island where you and your guests can marvel in the magnificence and awe of Pyramid Lake and Pyramid Mountain as your backdrop.
