What:

Pursuant to Section 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the following area is closed to all traffic and travel by order of the Superintendent:

Where:

The Twintree Bridge - located on the North Boundary Trail across the Twintree Creek (approximately 2 kilometres northwest of Twintree Lake and Twintree Campground). Please refer to the closure map for a graphic description.

Why:

Due to recent high water events, this bridge is unsafe for use.

Note:

Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act maximum penalty $ 25,000.
