What we do…

Write, produce, and perform interpretive theatre that tells the stories of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks UNESCO World Heritage Site in an interactive, entertaining way.

We perform full-length interpretive theatre shows, street theatre, special event roving and community outreach.

Noon: Watch for Parks Canada’s float in the parade on Banff Avenue
3:15 p.m.: The Banfftastic Show at the Family Stage, Banff High School grounds

In Banff, at the corner of Banff Avenue and Buffalo Street, under the big green tent
Saturday, June 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 18, 25, and September 1
Sunday, July 8, 15, 22, 29, August 5, 12, 19, 26, and September 2
Shows on the hour and half-hour from 1:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
On the hour: A Beary, Berry Good Day – A 15 minute storybook puppet show about the little grizzly, Ursa, and her adventures in Banff National Park.
On the half-hour: Bison are Back – A 15 minute show about Banff’s bison restoration project.
 
The Banfftastic Show

7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. 
Bring a picnic blanket for an evening of outdoor fun by the river. All ages will enjoy the irreverent sketches and catchy tunes about Banff National Park, presented by Parks Canada's own theatre troupe, Mountain WIT.

Wednesdays and Thursdays, from July 4 through August 30
Mountain WIT guest stars at Telus Spark with demonstrations and interactive plays that tell Parks Canada’s stories of innovation for conservation. 

Digger the Grizzly Gets a Second Chance 
At the Calgary Zoo
Fridays, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., from July 13 through August 31
Meet Digger, a cheeky sub-adult grizzly bear who helps to teach people how to be safer in bear country.
