Guided Winter Walk

A Parks Canada interpreter talks with three visitors on a sunny winter day.

Cost: Free with a valid national park entry pass

Bundle up for a winter walk with a Parks Canada guide. Come prepared to experience the wonder and cold of the season as you search for signs of Banff’s winter wildlife. 

Register in person with Parks Canada Visitor Centre by 12:00pm the day of the walk. 

Meet at the Banff Train Station then walk along the Fenland Trail

NOTE: Programs may be cancelled due to extreme weather. 

The Fenland Trail is a 2.1 km loop with no elevation gain. Expect winter conditions.
