Wearing wigs and hats, students will experience the social life during the French period and will be introduced to the importance of social ranks at this period.

Aside from learning about the roles of the governor, the intendant and the bishop, they will explore the remains of the kitchen and working areas of the staff working as servants in the Saint-Louis Forts and Châteaux.
