Grosse Île and the Irish Memorial National Historic Site is located in the Isle-aux-Grues archipelago, 48 km east of Québec City.
To reach Grosse île, take either the Croisières Lachance boat from Berthier-sur-Mer, or the plane from Montmagny (Air Montmagny).The length of tours offered by these carriers may vary. For information about the departures times, please contact one of the following companies:
Private ferry company Les Croisières Lachance offers daily crossings between Berthier-sur-Mer and Grosse Île. Fees apply.
To get to Berthier-sur-Mer from Québec City, head south over Pierre-Laporte bridge and take Highway 20 East toward Rivière-du-Loup. Take exit 364, drive towards Berthier-sur-Mer and follow the signs to the marina.

To get to Montmagny from Québec City, head south over Pierre-Laporte bridge and take Highway 20 East toward Rivière-du-Loup.
Take exit 368 toward Montmagny and follow the signs to the airport.
