Services at Green Gables are available in both English and French.
In addition to English and French visitor guides, a Japanese visitor guide is also available.
Free parking is available in the parking lot.
Public washrooms are located in the Visitor Centre and near Green Gables House in the "woodshed."
Public telephones are found outside the Visitor Centre, next to the drinking fountain.
All buildings at Green Gables, including the first floor of the house, are accessible to visitors with limited mobility.
Green Gables offers the following accessible services:

- Access to main floor via wheelchair ramp
- Colour photographs of the second floor rooms are available for those who cannot or prefer not to climb stairs
- All buildings are wheelchair accessible
