Gitwangak Battle Hill National Historic Sites is open for self-guided visits.  To ensure the safety of visitors, residents and staff, you are welcome to use the trail while following physical distancing measures, and wear a mask when this is not possible. These are critical requirements of using the site. 

Events at Gitwangak Battle Hill National Historic Site are suspended until further notice.
