For a privileged encounter with nature at your own pace, stop in on one of the islands of the archipelago for some wilderness camping.
The Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve offers 44 campgrounds spread over six different islands. The campsites are undeveloped, so that visitors can enjoy the full peace and fascination of the wilderness. The serenity of the environment is something that only islands such as those of the Mingan Archipelago can offer.
Inform yourself on the necessary precautions to take in the wilderness. Become familiar with the general regulations and the code of ethics on seabird observation applicable in the park reserve.
Each campsite comes equipped with a tent pad, picnic table and fireplace. Nearby you will also find a dry toilet, a woodbox and firewood.
**New: 3 oTENTik tents will be available from the beginning of July.
