Head, neck, and under parts (except white under tail coverts) bright orange-yellow; back yellowish olive-green; rump and wing coverts bluish grey; no wing bars; tail blackish except that most of the inner webs of all but innermost feathers are white with black tips; bill blackish; legs dark bluish.
