-Passerculus sandwichensis (Gmelin)
Adults: upper parts brown, the top of head and back streaked with whitish, buffy and black; narrow median crown streak yellowish white; a yellow stripe over and in front of eye; cheeks brownish; wings and tail dusky with light-brown edges but without any white areas; bend of wing yellowish; under parts white, the sides of throat, breast, sides and flanks streaked sharply with blackish brown and medium brown; a buffy or whitish stripe across jaw (malar region) bordered above and below by a blackish line; bill dusky, pale at base of lower mandible; legs flesh colour.
