July 1 Canada Day: FREE admission — Let’s celebrate at Kellys Beach picnic area! Games and activities. Come play, relax and enjoy a piece of cake!
July 12 Moonlight Walk — Meet at Kellys Beach canteen at 10 pm. Bring a flashlight and your courage… we’ll have spooky stories to share, bouahahahaha! (not recommended for young children). On July 11, a similar activity is offered in French.
July 18 Laughter Yoga for the whole family! Meet at Kellys Beach, from 10-11 am with Janice Johnson, naturotherapist, and discover the health benefits of laughter!
July 19 Parks Day in Kouchibouguac National Park = Science Day! Join the Resource Conservation team for a full day or a morning/afternoon of an authentic scientific experience. To reserve, call or drop by the Visitor Reception Centre.
July 25 Campers' Festival — Christmas in July at South Kouch! Campers are invited to decorate their
site! Fun prizes for most original and most decorated. Gastronomy experience of poutine râpée, music and activities. Wear your Christmas hat! Details in the Family Fun flyer.
July 26 Campers' Festival — South Kouch Amazing Race! Register between 9 and 11 am. Activity
will be over by 1 pm. More details to come. Details in the Family Fun flyer.
August 1 Yoga & meditation at Kellys Beach — For adults. Come relax and rejuvenate in this natu-ral setting, from 6 until 7 pm, with Janice Johnson, naturotherapist.
August 1–2 Campers' Festival — Family Fun! Bingo, games, bubbles, teddy bear picnic, map & compass,
treasure hunt and more! Details in the Family Fun flyer.
August 4 Mi'kmaq Artisan Demonstrations at Kellys Beach
Demonstrations and sales near the canteen, from 12 – 5. Come and meet First Nations artisans from Elsipogtog (Big Cove) and L’noo Minigook (Indian Island) and discover the vibrant and colorful Mi’kmaq culture.
August 8 Cardio Boot Camp — Workout session for fit visitors! Are you up for the challenge? If so, head to Kellys Beach from 6-7 PM and join Annie Mazerolle, professional boxer! On August 15, she will participate in an international combat in Gatineau, Qc.
August 10 Campers' Festival — Bingo, games, treasure hunt and more!
Live music with Pierre and Maurice! Details in the Family Fun flyer.
August 15 Campers' Festival — Acadian Day! Craft activity followed by a Tintamarre, from 10 – noon. Details in the Family Fun flyer.
August 22 Dog Day Picnic at Callanders Beach
Even though domestic animals are not permitted on sand dunes, there are many beaches where they are allowed! Callanders just might be the Proper Beach for your pet! Bring a picnic and come meet other dog owners and Park staff from 11 am – 1 pm.
August 23 New Moon Walk — Meet at Kellys Beach canteen at 9PM. Bring a flashlight and your courage… we’ll have spooky stories to share, bouahahahaha! (not recommended for young children). On August 22, a similar activity is offered in French.
August 29 Campers' Festival — Songs and Stories with Géraldine, Nicole & friends!

August 30 Geocaching — Parks Canada and CacheUp NB invite you to experience geocaching in the Park. New to geocaching? This is your chance to become a savvy geocacher! Meet at La Source, from 12-5. First 100 participants to complete their Cacheport will receive a Parks Canada geocoin!
August 30 Campers' Festival — Unplugged music with Pierre & JF!

  • Ventura Bomber Commemoration — Commemorative event of the Ventura Bomber that crashed in the southern part of Kouchibouguac National Park on February 9, 1943. More details to come. Beach! More details to come.
