Winter Activities

During the winter months, Fundy National Park is open from sunrise to sunset for day use activities. There is no entrance fee during winter season. Visitors are responsible for their own safety.

Day Use Activities

Cross Country Skiing Cross Country Skiing
Trails will be groomed and maintained by the Chignecto Ski Club. The club is funded solely by its members, grants and fundraising activities. For more information, visit them on the web at www.skichignecto.ca
Snowshoeing Snowshoeing and Winter Walking
Visitors are welcome to snowshoe or walk in the park. Trails are not maintained during the winter months however. Make sure to dress properly and be prepared for the elements. We do not provide a snowshoe rental service, so please be sure to bring your own.
Tobogganing Sliding / Tobogganing
The perfect spot to feel the wind on your cheeks and to let yourself go. The Headquarters tobogganing hill is a great place for the entire family to spend an afternoon.
