However, the Hemlock Grove Interpretive Trail, in Glacier National Park, allows you to explore an ancient forest of giant cedars and hemlocks on a fully wheelchair accessible boardwalk trail.

Meadows in the Sky Parkway

The summit of Mount Revelstoke is one of the few places in Western Canada where you can drive to nearly the top of a mountain by paved road, and view wildflowers in a spectacular sub-alpine setting. All viewpoints along the Meadows in the Sky Parkway are accessible. The Monashee Viewpoint and Balsam Lake also have accessible picnic areas and washrooms. Visitors with a disabled sticker or decal on their vehicle may follow the shuttle bus from Balsam Lake to Heather Lake/Summit - contact shuttle driver (10:00 am to 4:20 pm, July to late September). At the summit, the trail to the Parapets viewpoints and washrooms are also barrier-free.
