Meeting Agenda:

  1. Block 18, Lot 2 – 311 Balsam Avenue  The proponents have applied to operate one (1) room of Private Home Accommodation, which is a discretionary use.

  2. Block 18, Lot 12 – 304 Pyramid Lake Road – The proponent has applied to add one (1) additional room of Private Home Accommodation, which is a discretionary use.

  3. Block 23, Lot 17 – 810 Tonquin Street – The proponent has applied for a variance to construct a deck and stair which are over the allowable projection into the front setback.

  4. Parcel CH – 74 Connaught Drive – The proponent has applied for rezoning of this parcel from Community Reserve (CR) to Institutional (I) to allow relocation of the RCMP Detachment.

Parties affected by these applications are invited to make written or oral presentations to the committee. Oral presentations at the meeting are limited to 5 minutes and are by appointment only. Written presentations to a maximum of 500 words may be submitted to the Development Office. To make an appointment or submit a written presentation, contact the Parks Canada Development Office at 780-852-6223 no later than 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 18, 2016.

Development Permits and the Planning and Development Advisory Committee Notices are posted in the lobby of the Jasper Heritage Railway Station - Parks Canada administration building, 607 Connaught Drive, Jasper.
