Applications heard at the public meeting held at 3:30 pm on Thursday, April 23, 2015 in the Grand Trunk Pacific Boardroom, Jasper Heritage Railway Station, 607 Connaught Drive, Jasper, AB

Applications: 
1. Block 26, Lot 18 – 812 Connaught Drive -
The proponents have applied to operate a Type 2 Home-Based Business with home visitation for massage therapy, which is a discretionary use.
a) Discretionary Use DECISION: APPROVED

2. Block 27, Lots 1 & 2 – 801 Geikie Street – The proponents have applied to rezone the property from One-Unit Dwelling District (R1) to Two-Unit Dwelling District (R2) and vary the number of permitted bathrooms.
