Welcomes Canadian Artists
Serena Ryder
Accompanied by Coeur de Pirate and Said The Whale

Performance in the Park’s outdoor concert will take place in the town of Banff’s scenic Cascade Gardens to a traditionally sold-out crowd.

Performance in the Park, produced in partnership with Parks Canada, The Banff Centre and Banff Lake Louise Tourism, was introduced in 2010 to celebrate the destination’s mountain heritage and the importance of protected places in Canada. As with previous years’ concerts, the event will see a portion of ticket sales going to the Banff Stewardship Fund which seeks to increase awareness of the significance and relevance of Banff National Park.

Serena Ryder, the soulful Canadian songstress and Juno Award-winning artist known for her powerful vocal range and hits like Stompa and Calling To Say, will be accompanied by French-Canadian artist Béatrice Martin, better known by fans as Coeur de Pirate, and Vancouver-based rock-indie band, Said The Whale, also recently nominated for a Juno Award for Best Alternative Album of the Year.
