Fall Festival Shuttle Bus to Moraine Lake

Parks Canada is pleased to offer a free return shuttle service from the Lake Louise Overflow Parking Lot to the Moraine Lake Parking Lot on September 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 and 28, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Visitors requiring disabled access to Moraine Lake are authorized to drive to the lake in their own vehicles, even if the road has been temporarily closed to regular traffic. The shuttle buses are not handicapped accessible. Extra disabled parking stalls are available. Bicycles and pets are not authorized on the bus.

Directions to Lake Louise Overflow

The Lake Louise Overflow is located 50 km west of Banff and 5.5 km east of Lake Louise on the Trans-Canada Highway.

Did you miss the last shuttle bus?

The last visitor pick-up from the Moraine Lake Parking Lot is at 5:40 p.m. If you miss the last shuttle bus, we recommend that you use the pay phone located in between the parking lot and Moraine Lake Lodge to call a taxi. The taxi will be able to take you back to your vehicle at the Lake Louise Overflow. Taxi services are offered in the Lake Louise area until 3 a.m. Please call 1-403-522-2525.
