Wapusk Leadership Camp

Last summer, 11 young students from around Manitoba had the experience of a lifetime. They participated in “Leaders for Our Planet” Leadership Camp in Wapusk, a stewardship project integrating leadership and conservation themes to youth across Manitoba. The students discovered extraordinary ecosystems and engaged in scientific research in Wapusk National Park, while gaining appreciation for Canada’s National Parks and National Historic Sites.
