Bison of Prince Albert National Park

The only population of free-roaming, plains bison found in their historic range in Canada reside in the vicinity of the Sturgeon River in the southwest quarter of Prince Albert National Park of Canada in Saskatchewan. Their reintroduction into this ecosystem was an almost accidental conservation success story. The video depicts the bison habitat and provides a glimpse of the bison.
