From the kitchen to the cannon: The workers of the Dominion Arsenal, Quebec

Hear firsthand accounts of three women’s experiences working in munitions factories. Thousands of women contributed to the war effort through jobs where they filed, assembled and inspected munitions in privately-owned and state-run factories. This video was produced on the occasion of the Government of Canada declaring women’s war work in munitions factories a National Historic Event.
