It is Wilfrid Laurier’s 175th birthday in 2016! Join us in our special activities celebrating this historic moment!

Come and visit the history where it all started!

On Friday, July 1st, there will be free admission to all Parks Canada national historic sites, parks and marine conservation areas.

Come and celebrate with us! There will be birthday cake, music and family activities.

From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., families will be able to complete a quiz and activities for kids, such as arts and crafts and mace makeup, will be available.

Learn about ancient techniques and learn the basics of these traditional arts in the company of true enthusiasts.

Village Festival

Join us to celebrate the end of summer!

Bring the family, hear the music of the Amis du folklore de Saint-Lin-Laurentides and participate in family activities as well as the corn roast.


Laurier’s Birthday

Sunday, November 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pay a tribute to Wilfrid Laurier on his 175th birthday. Exceptionally, the national historic site will be open for you to celebrate and discuss Laurier’s life.

Guided tours will be offered between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. (admission fees apply). Also, coffee and cake will be served to highlight this festive event!

In addition, a surprise gift will be given to the first 175 visitors who participate in the guided tours. Join the party!
