What’s for dinner, Captain?
Soup’s on, sailors! Captain Jacques Cartier tells all regarding the eating habits of his sailors and the inhabitants of the Iroquoian village of Stadacona. Put your taste buds to the test exploring culinary traditions from bygone days. Then nourish your brain as you witness the surprising variety of edible plants that grow by the Saint-Charles River. Put all your senses to work solving special puzzles. Taste, touch, and smell the foods, historical objects, and wild plants of long ago. Then add a romp in the waterpark for a full day of fun!
The playground program is provided in conjunction with Société de la rivière Saint-Charles.
Collaboration with Ville de Québec.
