Library/Archives (The Resource Centre)

The Resource Centre's library and archival collections focus on the history of Fort Malden, the War of 1812, the Upper Canada Rebellion, the British Indian Department, British military history to 1860 and Essex County history.

Collection formats include books, periodicals, vertical files, audio/visual, photographs, slides, maps, plans, microfiche/film and archival documents.

The Resource Centre is located in the Interpretive Centre and is open to the public by appointment only.

The holdings are available on site only under the supervision of the Resource Specialist. Books may be borrowed through inter- library loan.
