You can have a rewarding life in the military.
Military Service Program
You will do all the following activities:
- Learn 18th century French military drills and manoeuvres
- Learn the proper care and handling of a 1729 model musket
- Learn to make your own cartridge
- Know the consequences of disobedience in the military in the 18th century
- Learn the game of military strategy
- Learn to be a responsible sentry
- Enjoy our hardy and delicious military food
- Hike to the trenches
- Go on an expedition to find deserters or engage the enemy
Upon their leave, soldiers will have earned the right to use their military name with all the privileges thereby assigned.
- Soldiers will keep their cartridge.
- Soldiers will receive a certificate and their photo in full dress uniform.
- Soldiers will receive their “solde”.
- Full merit will be recognized in the event of future promotion
