Gulf of Georgia Cannery Society

The Gulf of Georgia Cannery Society works with Parks Canada to preserve and present the history of Canada's West Coast fishing industry. It does this through an operating contract with Parks Canada, whereby the Society has responsibility for public programming, visitor services, collections management, maintenance of contemporary installations, marketing, community outreach, operation of the gift shop and administration at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site.
