Discover how women of the Second World War contributed to our victory. Join costumed re-enactors and Parks Canada staff during this four-day event at Fort Rodd Hill National Historic Site. Step back in time to honour women of the second world war and learn about the important contributions they made on the home front.

Dress in your best 1940s style outfit, or throw on a pair of coveralls and a polka dot headscarf – just like Rosie the Riveter on the famous “We can do it” propaganda poster. Learn the history of Ronnie the Bren Gun Girl, and learn what the acronym 'CWAC' means. Sit behind the wheel of the 1942 Willy’s Jeep for a selfie, master the art of Victory roll creation, or take a knitting lesson. Get your family and friends to play along and join in the fun!
