Hey kids, want to become a Parks Canada Xplorer? Join the fun at Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites. Pickup an Xplorers booklet and participate in hands-on activities created just for you.

It’s new, and other national parks and national historic sites all across Canada have an Xplorers program specific to their special place. Checkout the other Parks Canada parks and sites you can visit with your family to continue your Xplorers adventure.

Here at Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites, you can get your booklet at the main entrance kiosk or from one our interpreters at the World War II hut. Choose four of the five activities, and ask your parents to play along as you have fun exploring the site. The activities will give you a real sense of discovery, and are a lot of fun. Bring your completed booklet back to one of the places mentioned above and receive your official Parks Canada Xplorers certificate and a special souvenir.

Don’t forget to tell your friends. They’ll probably want to come with you!
