Our new accommodations offer something for everyone. Couples should try our Micro-Cube or Double-Tent for comfort or the Cocoon Tree Bed or Goutte d’Ô for an experience like no other!

Parks Canada is offering these new accommodations at a promotional price.

Accommodations for two people

The Double-Tent offers an immersive but comfortable camping experience for two people. The concept consists of a smaller interior tent inside a larger exterior tent. The interior tent contains a bed and a small table and chairs. The exterior tent is equipped with comfortable chairs and a table to relax and eat. The exterior tent is bug proof, allowing you to relax outside without the nuisance of bugs.

What do I need to bring?
For every accommodation, you should bring your bedding, pillow, cooking equipment, and toiletries. Plan ahead for colder days as this accommodation is not heated. Cooking is prohibited inside this accommodation. Washrooms and showers nearby.

The Micro-Cube is roughly 10 m2 and offers a panoramic window on one side of the cube. The Micro-Cube is a contemporary design with a double bed, two chairs and a table.

What do I need to bring?
For every accommodation, you should bring your bedding, pillow, cooking equipment, and toiletries. Cooking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Plan ahead to be equipped for colder days as this accommodation is not heated. Washrooms and showers nearby.

Accommodations for families

A suspended Cocoon Tree Bed Cocoon Tree Bed in Cape Breton Highlands National Park

Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the magnificent view of the sea while being suspended in the Cocoon Tree Bed. This is a spherical accommodation that is suspended in the trees at Ingonish Beach in Cape Breton Highlands National Park. The accommodation is accessed by stairs. It contains a mattress that is 2.5 m in diameter and can accommodate up to four people. 

What do I need to bring?
For every accommodation, you should bring your bedding, pillow, cooking equipment, and toiletries. Cooking inside the Cocoon Tree Bed is prohibited. Plan ahead to be equipped for colder days as this accommodation is not heated. Washrooms and showers nearby.

It is located close to Ingonish Beach in Cape Breton Highlands National Park

Goutte d’Ô Goutte d'Ô in Fundy National Park

The Goutte d’Ô resembles a water droplet and has an interior area of 6m2. There is a sofa bed on the main level and a hammock loft above. The Goutte d’Ô can accommodate couples or a family. Ideally, this accommodation is suspended or on stilts. For the piloting phase, the Goutte d’Ô will be installed on a wooden platform.

What do I need to bring?
For every accommodation, you should bring your bedding, pillow, cooking equipment, and toiletries. Cooking inside the Goutte d’Ô is prohibited. Plan ahead to be equipped for colder days as this accommodation is not heated. Washrooms and showers nearby.
