2015 interpretive events at Kluane

People of all ages are welcome to join a park interpreter at Kathleen Lake Campground for one of the oldest norther traditions: telling stories around a cozy campfire. Join the campfire circle by the water tap at 8 p.m. and bring a mug for tea!

Reconnecting to My Land and My Heritage

Tuesdays: June 23 - August 23

Join Amber for an intriguing talk about her journey gaining traditional knowledge. You will learn about the coming of the Alaska Highway and the many changes that it brought to the people, land and animals of Kluane.

Living Ice

Sundays: June 23 - August 23
Dive into a sea of mountains, icefields and glaciers with Parks Canada interpreter Katarina, and discover how the ice has been shaping Kluane's cultural and natural world for thousands of years.
