The Défi Nordique Géo Plein Air - March 3 and 4, 2012

Organized by Cyclo-Mauricie, La Mauricie National Park’s Défi Nordique Géo Plein Air (French website only) brings cross-country skiers and snowshoers out to enjoy some friendly competition. The two-day event features several timed races for classic and freestyle cross-country skiers, as well as a snowshoe geocaching loppet.

La Mauricie National Park Kiosk

La Mauricie National Park staff will run a kiosk throughout the weekend to provide information about the activities and services available at the park.

Trails closure

Some cross-country trails will be closed during the event in order to provide participants with the best possible conditions.

March 3: The public will have access to all of the ski trails as of noon.
