Preschool – Life in the sea

An indoor activity of familiarisation with some of the smaller organisms living in the waters around Forillon National Park of Canada. Children will discover underwater life by handling live specimens presented by our naturalists.

First cycle – Discover sea birds

Come and discover Forillon's nimble sea birds and their amazing adaptations while having fun. This outdoor or indoor activity is followed by "The Surprise Box", a dynamic indoor activity highlighting the various adaptations and survival strategies of some of Forillon's fauna

Third cycle – Rock around the park

The unique geology of Forillon National Park helps us discover the world of rocks and even fossils! This outdoor activity (indoors during foul weather) lets youngsters discover the scientific terms relating to rock and fossil formation.
