Learning Experiences
Park Heritage Presentation staff bring entertaining and informative programs to the public in the Park and in surrounding communities. Heritage presentation messages focus on protecting ecological health of the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Reserve area and commemoration of local culture.

Programs at Mallorytown Landing
The Visitor Centre has a kid’s activity area, a discovery touch table, a theatre, and a travelling exhibit, in addition to workshops and special events. Check out the “What’s New” section for more information or contact the Park.
Programs On Park Islands
Roving interpretive programs are offered on many of the islands throughout July and August on topics ranging from turtles to birds. The schedule of locations, times, and topics is posted on the islands. The park does not provide transportation to the islands.
School Programs
Island Quest
Gananoque Boat Line ferries students to Georgina Island where they follow a series of clues to learn about the park and its place in the Thousand Islands ecosystem. Learn more...
