Lock 45 is at the heart of two major transportation corridors: the Trent-Severn Waterway and Highway 400. This is an ideal location to access the travelling public, and our presence there allows us to reach out to more Canadians and direct visitors to Honey Harbour and the park.

Park information, season’s passes and trip planning are just a few of the things our friendly staff can assist you with in Port Severn.

The Welcome Centre serves not only the park but also Trent-Severn Waterway National Historic Site and Bethune Memorial House National Historic Site.

Visit the Welcome Centre to learn more about what Parks Canada has to offer in central Ontario.

The Welcome Centre is open from mid-May to mid-October.
