What's an early bird seasonal pass?
An entry permit is required when you visit a National Park. The entry permits provides access to facilities and services such as: hiking trails, picnicking, swimming, bird watching, sightseeing, interpretation programs or special events and visiting exhibits.

*Additional costs are applicable for campsites and overnight docking.

There are six types of entry permits you can choose from:

A National Parks of Canada pass
A National Historic Sites of Canada pass
A Discovery Package pass
An annual seasonal pass
An early bird seasonal pass
A daily pass

• The National Parks of Canada Pass provides unlimited entry to 27 of Canada's world-renown national parks*
• The National Historic Sites of Canada Pass lets you step back in time for unlimited visits to 78 of Canada's national historic sites*
• The Discovery Package provides unlimited entry to 27 National Parks of Canada & 78 National Historic Sites of Canada*

• Terra Nova National Park offers a seasonal annual pass that is valid from April to March of the following year.
• If you are a couple or a family who plan to visit the park for three consecutive or non-consecutive days, it is cheaper to purchase an early bird family seasonal pass . It is an annual pass that is valid from April to March of the following year and entitles you to discounted camping rates (click here for more information on camping fees).
