Winter hours of operation (Mid-October 2010 to Mid-May 2011)

Visitor Reception Centre

Daily from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm

Winter Camping  
Headquarters Campground is open from Mid-October to Mid-May.

Backcountry Camping
Goose River and Tracey Lake backcountry campsites are open year round.

Point Wolfe Shelter is available from the beginning of ski season until the end of March.

Group Camping
Group Camping at South Chignecto Campground is open year round.

Activities
Before the snow falls, most hiking trails are accessible daily from dawn until dusk.

Skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing are available daily from dawn until dusk.

Ski trails and the tobogganing hill are groomed regularly and after each weather event (storms or snowfalls).

The road from the Headquarters area to Point Wolfe is closed after the first snowfall and will be opened when the roads are clear in the Spring.
