Crab Nab

While visiting the seashore, everyone loves to look for crabs under rocks, right?

The Green crab hails from Europe and is now invading the Fundy shore. We would like to know how this species affects native ones. Does it share the space or is it taking over the house? Help us find out through some hands-on science. Check the activity schedule to find out which beach we will study this time.

  • Offered every other week in July and August at low tide
  • Wear old sneakers or rubber boots
  • Consult the Activity Schedule on the park’s bulletin boards to find out when and where to meet the Interpreter
