Fundy National Park of Canada
Notice to ATV Riders
Many visitors and people residing in the communities surrounding Fundy National Park enjoy riding all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) for both sport and leisure.
However, due to the National Parks Highway Traffic Regulations, the operation of ATVs is not permitted in Fundy National Park, nor on park boundary roads such as the Shepody and Forty-Five Roads.
ATV riders are encouraged to contact their local ATV clubs to learn of alternate routes for getting to and from various locations outside the park, such as from Alma to Sussex.
