Access for Persons with Disabilities
A range of facilities and services is available in Kootenay National Park for visitors with disabilities. These include accessible campsites, picnic sites, washrooms, pool facilities, interpretive trails and theatres and TTY service.

Two seasonal information centres operate in Kootenay National Park.

68 km (45 minutes) north of Radium Hot Spring on Highway #93.

Picnic Sites
There are a number of picnic sites along Highway #93, pleasantly situated beside creeks and rivers, and at Olive Lake. Most of the sites have tables and wheelchair-accessible outhouse toilets. Some have kitchen shelters and water.
